Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction with your purchases from our online clothing shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

1- Return Timeframe: You may return the purchased item(s) within 21 days from the date of purchase.

2- Item Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

3- Refund Method: Upon meeting the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid using the same method used during the purchase process.

4- Return Shipping Cost: Please note Beloved Baby does not cover the cost of returns. Be sure to print off the return label and attach to your parcel.

5- Non-Returnable Items: All items are eligible for refund except for all of our newborn sets ( either 5 or 10 piece sets), accessories, and “final sale” items. Final sale items are 60% off or more.
